Mamia Nappy Review

I mean I knew that babies poo, of course I did but the shear quantity...not that I was not prepared for!

Nappies suddenly become the most used and valuable thing in your home and after trying out a couple of different brands I now buy only one brand. I should really be sponsored by ALDI for this post as I have only great things to say about their MAMIA baby range.

I have found their nappies soft, secure and their 'wetness indicator' strip is invaluable when you have just changed your 15th nappy of the day and just want to be sure before you return to the changing table! I also use their sensitive baby wipes which are super kind to baby's skin and have never left our little one with a rash. I know that Pampers are the oldest name in the game for baby products but really why would you spend 18p on a Pampers own brand nappy when the Mamia range come in at just 6p per nappy-a money difference you will definitely appreciate while on maternity pay!

Value: 10/10
Design: 8/10
Fabric: 8/10
Security: 7/10
Tabs: 7/10
Total: 40/50

If I had to think of one negative with these nappies it would be that it is only the newborn size range that has the unique 'wetness indicator' that turns blue when wet! Now Leo is almost 11 weeks he wears size 3 which don't have this feature, it's as if they are saying 'hey you've been a mum for a while now we shouldn't have to tell you when to change a nappy?!'
